Overview

Overview

To promote environmental education and enhance public awareness of sustainability. Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy has been holding the 'Climate Change Primary and Secondary School Painting Competition' since 2009. It has entered the 12th edition with total of 52,666 students from 37 countries participated in the competition. To cope with UN sustainable development target (SDGs) 2, 12and 13 'To Eliminate hunger, adopt measures on food reserves, improve all forms of malnutrition, promote sustainable agricultural practices and to ensure the sustainable consumption and production mode, take climate action'. We will hold 'The 12th Edition of Climate Change Primary and Secondary School Painting Competition'. With the theme of 'Good Mealtime on Earth', it can elevate students' understanding of human eating habits, production, and consumption patterns to find the methods of environmental protection and practical benefits through paintings.
Foundation Introduction

Introduction

Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy is committed to promoting sustainable work in line with the world, focusing on climate change, sustainable energy, corporate and university sustainability and the promotion of UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The major tasks include policy initiatives, promotion of sustainable development education, international interaction, hosting the Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA) and so on, there are four major business categories to drive the implementations, including competition, education, international platforms, research, and surveys. Through ideas exchange, group gathering, platform sharing, to gather all the intelligent citizen who are concerned about the sustainable development of energy to promote the sustainable policy advocacy. Hopefully, our proactive movement could guide the society and expand the influence.

Sign up online
  1. All participants must sign up online.
  2. For big group registration, please refer to group registration and fill out the form.
Step.2
Print out your form
  1. For National Competition participant, please print out the registration information form and paste it on the lower left corner of the back of the painting.
  2. For International Competition participant, please skip this step.
Step.3
Send your masterpiece
  1. For National Competition participant, please mail the paper paintings to us.
  2. For International Competition participant, please upload your work to our website.

While the global pandemic has not slowed down, students still pick up the paintbrush to participate in climate action and pay attention to the issue of climate change 😊 After two weeks of selection, with more than a thousand works, the results of the 2022 12th Climate Change Painting Competition is now released !
